Welcome to NITI Racing Merch ("we", "our", "us") — the official merchandise store for NITI Racing fans, operated from Jakarta, Indonesia. By accessing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
You may register using an email address or phone number, or sign in with Google. Registration requires verification through a one-time password (OTP).
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information, including your full name, phone number, and delivery address. Inaccurate details may cause delayed or failed deliveries, for which we are not liable.
Placing an order creates a reservation of stock. Unpaid orders expire automatically after the payment window shown at checkout.
Payments are processed through our licensed payment gateway partners (including Xendit) supporting virtual accounts, e-wallets such as GoPay, and other available channels displayed at checkout.
Payment channel fees, if any, are shown before you confirm payment. We do not collect your card or credentials directly.
Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Currency conversion rates may change; the rate applied at checkout is final for that order.
We ship through partnered couriers. Available services and costs depend on your destination address and are calculated at checkout.
A tracking number is issued once your order is handed to the courier and can be followed from your account.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation. Please confirm receipt only after the package actually arrives in good condition.
Returns follow the flow described on the Returns page in your account: submit a return request for eligible items within 3 days of delivery, attach photos of the issue, and choose drop-off or courier pickup where available.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items worn, washed, or damaged by misuse are not eligible.
Approved refunds are sent by bank or e-wallet transfer to the account you give us. We email you when it is sent, and the transfer receipt is shown on your order page.
The amount refunded is less than the amount you paid. We deduct the shipping cost already paid to the courier, unless the return is due to our error (a wrong, faulty or missing item), and the payment gateway's administration fee for your original payment, which our payment provider charges on every transaction and does not return to us.
Our products are premium motorsport apparel and accessories. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and measurements may differ by a small tolerance from the listed size chart. Variant availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.
By submitting a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it in connection with the relevant product. Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing may be removed without notice.
The NITI Racing name, logos, designs, and all materials in this store are protected intellectual property. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Interfering with the store's operation, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access.
Reselling limited drops obtained through automated means.
Abusing promotions, discounts, or referral mechanisms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for courier delays outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
